Reika Roberts

With a background in human resources and accounting and over 20 years in the cosmetics industry, Reika Robert’s vision is to support and encourage a vibrant and sustainable beauty industry. She champions personal development across the industry and as a result, her own business at Derma Aesthetics has a creative, diverse and vibrant team of experts who are knowledgeable; bringing products to the marketplace that are world renowned, efficacious and results driven. She is passionate about driving sustainability and providing a sense of purpose for her team, clients and the industry as a whole. Reika is currently Chair of the Industry Association ABIC that was started by a team of industry experts to lead the profession through the challenges of COVID and has since become the peak industry association. Reika has provided leadership guidance sitting on the Board of Entrepreneurs Association Sydney, where she co-ordinated the Accelerator Programme for businesses passing through that same growth mindset that she has experienced throughout her career. This growth mindset has become foundational in the development of derma aesthetics with the adoption of EOS- the Entrepreneurial Operating System, that is re-nowned for companies that have firm aspirations of reaching their growth targets across all elements of the business. Today, she proudly leads the EOS life, with a strong leadership team to ensure the vision is achieved, while devoting time to mentoring entrepreneurs at EO and continuing her dreams for an impactful career.
