Les Wikiriwhi is the founder of Stand Up Recruitment, a trans-Tasman recruitment company helping Kiwi tradies move to Australia for better opportunity, better money, and a better future. After growing up around tough environments and spending years on the tools himself, Les understands the realities of work, discipline, and levelling up.
With no investors, no industry background, and no safety net, he built Stand Up Recruitment from his kitchen table into a company that’s now placing Kiwi tradies across Australia.
Les is passionate about helping people break cycles, back themselves, and build a life they’re proud of. He’s known for his straight-up leadership style, his focus on discipline, and his belief that the right opportunity can change someone’s entire trajectory.
