Jeni Clift is a seasoned professional whose life and career have been marked by remarkable achievements. With a marriage spanning 33 years, she has partnered alongside her husband, Nick, for 27 years in both life and work. As crazy as it sounds, Jeni & Nick thrive whilst working together!

As a mother of two adult sons, one residing in Melbourne and the other in London, Jeni's nurturing extends beyond her immediate family. Embracing a role as a host-mother, she warmly welcomed 10 exchange students from various countries such as Norway, Sweden, Italy, Denmark, and France into her home over a 13 year period, reflecting her open-hearted approach to life.

Her passions for travel, animals, and the art of culinary creation, often accompanied by a fine glass of wine, paint a vivid portrait of a woman who relishes life's pleasures.

In her professional journey, Jeni has amassed over 30 years of diverse work experience, honing her expertise in leadership and corporate culture. Her extensive career spans prestigious companies such as KPMG, Morgan & Banks, P&O Antarctic Division, Phillips Medical, NAB, and AT&T. Notably, she co-founded the globally acclaimed ICT business, Otto IT (formerly DWM Solutions), playing an instrumental role in its thriving 20+ years of operation.

A transformative leader, Jeni spearheaded a pivotal shift in 2017 by introducing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at DWM Solutions, fostering a culture of accountability and discipline. Subsequently transitioning to train as a Professional EOS Implementer, her strategic guidance ultimately led to the successful sale of the business.

Beyond her entrepreneurial achievements, Jeni has made significant contributions to fostering positive and motivational company environments. Her 6 year EO Melbourne membership journey has included a four-year tenure on the Melbourne Board of EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) in various key roles - Learning, Key Exec Program, MyEO, Mentorship, and currently as co-Membership Chair.

Her influence extends regionally, serving as an Expert in the APAC Region for Learning and Leadership.

She is also a Global Accelerator Trainer and has worked with EO Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, and New Zealand, including virtual engagements during the challenging times of the COVID era.

Moreover, as an accredited Coach and eDISC Practitioner, and an Actuator with The Culture Fix Jeni brings valuable insights into team dynamics, culture and communication strategies.

Jeni Clift's wealth of experience and expertise are indispensable to organizations seeking to elevate leadership, enhance overall performance, and cultivate a culture of encouragement and engagement in the workplace.
