The agency was founded in 2012 with Ben’s sister Libby and was originally known as 'Libby & Ben,' following the sibling’s triumph on the debut series of the popular home design challenge TV show, 'The Block NZ.' This victory propelled the duo into the spotlight and provided the opportunity for them to leave their professional careers in marketing and design to launch their branding business.

As the lead strategist at Tomorrow, Ben works closely with business owners, senior decision makers, brand and marketing managers, guiding them to create distinctive and purposeful brands. The company operates from studios in Auckland and Christchurch, with a client base situated not only across New Zealand but also around the globe. Their clients range from innovative start-ups and scaling SMEs to mature brands, showcasing the depth of their expertise.

Prior to establishing the agency, Ben’s professional experience was cultivated through a range of senior marketing and brand roles in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Europe, and North America. Renowned for his strategic branding solutions, he’s a leading thinker in the field.
